Of course re "I don't have time to exercise" the problem is that 1 minute NOW is not equivalent NOW to five minutes of benefit a few decades from now... but the argument is still provocative. It's a great payback ratio!
If you refine optimal exercise packages for emotional well-being reinforcement, you could tranform the economics of the health club industry and public health. Design and make a precision "feeling of well-being" package an optional component when new members register. Otherwise despite good intentions and objective performance metrics, too many quit. Visionary industry leaders should help with data and financial support. Like boosting caffeine in Starbucks coffee.
