One question I have is, because much of the data relies on two points of measurement (2016 and 2024) it’s not clear that there has been a progressive increase in MNP production versus some acute change during that interval. One big pivot point may be COVID antibodies, as you’ve coved recently, and the impact on fibrinogen and the weakening of the so-called blood-brain barrier. If so, that could be a big part of the story, not just for overall brain health but for post COVID neuropsychiatric problems. I’d be interested in your thoughts there.
